Basically it is about a guy who grew up with his family in the middle of no-where, living off the land. The spent a [...]

If your a mountain biker you are probably on Pinkbike.com often, if your not then you should be. For those who made the right right choice and regularly frequent the site you will be familiar with Aaron LaRocque and his amazing filing and editing skills.

Probably my favorite bike route at the moment is at Whistler, it starts up the top and goes down Freight Train, to Dirt Merchant and finishes on A-Line. Such a fun route!
This picture is the only one we have of either of us riding this year. It is Kirsty doing a step up jump on [...]

I’m not sure how much parenting influence there is to help your kids be like this by the time they are 4, and how much of it is just the way certain kids are naturally inclined. Regardless of that if I have anything to say about it, you will be seeing videos like this of [...]

I get a goofy smile on my face when I watch this. [...]

This is a story of one guy, one girl, one year and 8 bikes. This is our story, well I guess in reality it is my story because I can’t imagine this happening in Kirsty’s life if I wasn’t around. And it’s actually more like 1 1/2 years, but then it wouldn’t sound as dramatic.
The story [...]

There are a few of my entries recently which have felt unfinished, so – this is an attempt to wrap up a bit of unfinished business.

I just took my new bike for its first ride, The Giant Reign X1 – it is everything I ever dreamed a bike could be and more!!
I am seldom completely satisfied with things I buy and I often suffer from buyers remorse. I can say that is true for both the bikes I previously bought since [...]
